How do you ship?
We use PostNord for most of our shipments and DHL for the shipments where PostNord can not deliver.
We also have the alternative for an express delivery in which we use DHL.
What does shipping cost?
SWEDEN = 29 Sek in shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over 1000 sek.
EU & NORWAY = 10 € in shipping fee
OUTSIDE EU = 13 € in shipping fee
When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order, we will start processing it. The delivery time depends on the day and time you make the order and the corner of the world you live in.
For orders within Sweden the estimated delivery time is 2-4 days
For orders within Europe the estimated delivery time is 3-6 days
For orders outside Europe the estimated delivery time is 4-9 days
For orders within UAE 1-2 days
How can I track my order?
With the PostNord app, or on postnord.se
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Yes, Femique is not responsible for taxes. Please note that local taxes and other fees, such as customs, may occur when shipping outside the EU, and the customer is responsible for handling these costs.
How do I collect my order?
Normally you will receive your package directly in your mailbox. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, you will be contacted by the local postal service.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
Your package must be collected within 14 days from when the package has reached the parcel service point. If you do not collect the package, it will be sent back to us and you will be charged for the cost.
While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you've to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.
Item not received
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered contact the carrier to hunt down your package. As the item has been sent we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persists kindly write us at info@femique.com and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at info@femique.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Femique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
