Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Sweden, EU, Norway, and the UK.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, you are always welcome to contact us.

Shipping fees

EU and Norway: 10 €
UK: 13 €

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are processed with care and dispatched within one business day from our warehouse in Sweden.

Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 1 to 3 business days
EU, Norway, and UK: 3 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and local courier services.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

If you experience any issues locating your parcel, please contact the courier first. Should you need further assistance, we are here to help.

Taxes and duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, including Norway and the United Kingdom, local customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery information

Orders are normally delivered directly to your mailbox. If the parcel requires collection, your local courier will notify you.

Uncollected parcels are returned to us after 14 days. In such cases, return shipping costs may apply.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return an item, you may do so once it has been delivered by following our Returns procedure.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, reach out to the carrier directly.
