We hope you will love your new Femique purchase! But if you changed your mind or need a different size, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order. We're here to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.  
 
Important Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for panties.

Returns Within Sweden
To initiate your return, please follow these steps:
  • Email Us: Send an email to info@femique.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange (we value your feedback!).

  • Exchange Details: If exchanging, include the name, color, and size of the new items you’d like.

  • Return Label: You’ll receive a return slip and QR code within 1 working day. Print the label or show the QR code at your nearest PostNord agent.

  • Pack Your Items: Place the items in the original box or another carton box.

  • Drop Off Your Return: Visit your nearest PostNord office to hand in the box. If using a QR code, PostNord can assist in printing the label.

Please note:
  • We cover shipping costs for one size exchange.

  • For returns due to customer preference, a return fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method as soon as we received your return.

Returns Outside of Sweden
For returns outside of Sweden, please follow these steps:
  • Email Us: Contact info@femique.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Exchange Details: For exchanges, include the name, color, and size of the replacement items.
  • Pack Your Items: Place the items in the original box or another carton box.
  • Ship Your Return To:

          Please note:

  • Return shipping costs and any import duties are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our facility.

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method as soon as we received your return.

Return policy on damaged, incorrect or defective products

We’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order!

If you receive items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us immediately at info@femique.com. We’re here to assist you.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to return these items for a refund or replacement. 

Rest assured, you won’t be charged for return shipping when returning items that arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to info@femique.com within 2 hours after placing your order. Email us with the following subject: Cancellation of order number xx.

After that kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason of return.

Lost shipments
If at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please reach out to our customer service team at  info@femique.com. We’ll work quickly to locate your items, but kindly allow us up to 5 days to investigate with the courier service.

If we are unable to track down your shipment after this 5-day investigation, we’ll officially declare it lost. At that point, you’ll have the option to choose between a full refund or a replacement — whichever suits you best.
